We hope you love your purchase, but we understand that some things don't work out as desired. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with an item, you may return it to us for a refund less shipping charges incurred and a 3% restocking fees. Returns must be delivered to us within 14 days of the date you received the item. Sale/discounted items and Made to Order pieces are not eligible for return and are considered as final sale. Cut pieces for fabric by the yard, swatch boxes and workshop ticket sales are considered final sale as well.
Returned goods must be delivered to us as unused, in original packaging and in the condition they were received. We would not be able to accept items which are damaged or lost in return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service.
