4. May I request an exchange?
You certainly can. The item, however, should be in its original packing and in tip top condition. If you would like to exchange for another color of the same item or something else, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. In most cases, instead of making an exchange, we suggest placing a new order and send the unwanted items back for a refund.
5. How will I know if my order has shipped?
When your order leaves our studio, you'll receive a shipment confirmation email confirming the status.
6. Can I use any of your images on my blog?
Yes you can. However, we request that if you're using any of our images, you link them back to our website. We do love and appreciate you choosing to feature our products.
