Overview

Handcrafted for a home which boasts character, our linen collection is bold and vibrant, makes a statement and is a beautiful amalgamation of craft and design.  Inspired from the vibrant colors worn by the local communities in Thar desert, the collection represents ‘The Great Indian’ desert. The colors signify their culture, identity and way of living.

Handwoven by a small community of weavers from a village in Bengal and block-printed by master artisans from the city of Jaipur, the pillow surely has a luxurious look and feel.  We see people treasuring it for years with its timeless beauty!

  • 16x16 inches / 18x18 inches
  • 100% handloom linen
  • Block-printed on both sides of the pillow
  • Finished with exposed premium quality brass zippers & handmade jute tassels.
  • Gentle cold wash with mild detergent recommended
  • The pillows are made entirely by hand; slight irregularities are to be expected and celebrated
  • Insert option - 5/95 down-feather, machine washable
  • Made in India

Handmade

Block-printed by a small workshop run by a nephew and uncle team, they are passionate about their craft. They say ‘no’ to higher paying factory jobs because this is what they identify themselves with – craft which their fathers and grandfathers mastered and passed it down to them. What seems like a simple stamping process, requires incredible skill, practice and a very steady hand. We love and support block printed fabrics which tell a story of craftsmanship, human touch, and of the people and families behind the craft. By choosing this handmade piece, you help preserve craftsmanship and support rural artisan communities. We thank you for your support.
